The institute was inaugurated by Shri Shri Prakash Jaiswal, the Union Minister for State Affairs in the presence of distinguished guest Shri R.P. Agrawal the then Vice-Chancellor of Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, Dr. V. K. Khaira member of Executive of council of Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. The institute is known for the academic performance, more than 50% students of first batch 2006-07 secured first division and more than 35% got the Govt. job.
